I had yesterday the honor to receive Your Lordship's despatches from No 12. of the 19th of September to No 14 of the 6th of that month both inclusive, also Your Lordship's Circular under date the 15th of August giving copy of the Treaty between Her Majesty and the Oriental Republic of the Uruguay.
The Public Seal for this Colony which accompanied Your Lordship's despatch No 13 of the 5th September has also come safely to hand.
